Alefarm (DK)

Da Capo is a sour ale with mango, papaya and coffee from Prolog Coffee. This beer is the outcome of our reciprocal collab with our friends at Flying Couch at our brewery in Greve. The first beer we brewed together with Flying Couch at their brewery – Arpeggio.

A unique mélange of earthy blueberry notes from the coffee as well as mango on the nose. Flavors in the beer follow the coffee and fruit additions of mango and papaya. This funky flavor combo makes for a beer that evolves with each sip. Assertive tartness supports the higher carbonation level making for a snappy finish.
